Pool, Grilling Center, and Clubhouse

The pool anchors the outdoor side of the community, with an outdoor grilling center close by for warm Grapevine evenings. A clubhouse with a coffee bar gives you a place to start the morning or catch up with a neighbor. A basketball court and a playground round out the open-air spaces. Everything sits within the community's nearly 12 acres, so time outside starts right at home.

Fitness, Work, and Package Pickup

The fitness center includes free weights for strength training. A business center adds a shared workspace, and package lockers are available 24 hours a day. A clothes care center, recycling, carports available for rent, and on-site management and maintenance cover the rest of the practical details.

Upgrade Packages and Home Features

Designer upgrade homes include granite countertops, a stainless steel appliance package, brushed nickel lighting, and upgraded faux-wood flooring. Contemporary upgrade homes offer faux-granite countertops with the same stainless appliances and hardware. Apartment features include ceiling fans, large closets, a dishwasher, a disposal, and a microwave. Select homes also feature wood-burning fireplaces, digital thermostats, and in-home laundry.

Pet-Friendly Living
